I have a lot of portly friends who just need to lose weight. The problem is they don’t know how to lose weight. I am here to save them, I will help lose weight or help them to lose weight rather. They will lose the weight and they will lose weight quick. I just know it!

Tuesday, November 18th, 2008I looked at myself in the mirror today, it was a sad sight to say the least. I said to my pathetic reflection, I need to lose fat and the only way to do this is to burn the fat. Fat burning is a difficult task for a lot of people, but not for me, I’m a power house of man. I know how to burn fat, I just need to go on a fat burning diet.

Friday, September 26th, 2008I must admit, I was quite concerned about my mom and her fast weight loss. I was watching her lose weight fast…I mean, it was like the pounds were literally falling off of her. I couldn’t help but think the worst until she told me not to worry, it was a very healthy weight loss. She had gone on line and googled how to lose weight fast and discovered the best fast ways to lose weight. Now I’m a little peeved that she didn’t let me know sooner so that I could fit into my size ten again!
