I always looked at keychain favors as a really un cool type of gift, until I got a look at some of them that are available online. And they are inexpensive, but some are quite well designed. Before seeing the spectacular concepts for key chain favors, I had never considered giving them out. Some of the artwork on them depicted various wedding or honeymoon scenes, travel desinations, or scenes in nature. My favorite and the one we chose for our guests were the key chain party favors with a neat little measuring tape attached. That’s the type of thing that you like to have in a pinch. Some other ones I was fond of included the engagement ring key chain favors, which had a wedding band with rhinestones around it. Can you believe that there are this many great keychain options out there? It’s not just weddings either; there is a favor keychain for baby or bridal showers.
The website I went to had a lot more than that. They had a wonderful selection of supplies and decorations for weddings and receptions as well. The wedding cake topper we picked out for our glorious cake was a sight to behold. Our initials were embossed in silver in the cake topper and surrounded by tiny shimmering crystals that gave the cake topper a radiant glow. We had a lovely knife cake serving set too, with handles that were designed as bride and groom wedding attire. Our table at the recpetion shone brilliantly with crystal glasses for the champagne and wine, and the rest of the tables there were just as pretty. Everyone had champagne toasting flutes to go with the china I chose and the fantastic place card holders I found online. The place card holders had a rather novel look to them. The holders were basically small vases that held daisies, and then one of the petals had a slot that held the place card.
The splendid food and salad choices and desserts that our caterers put together for us left us blown away. The musical performers we got for our reception were an awesome choice, too. My fiance was able to pull a few strings and get one of the best local bands in the area. Whatever song you wanted to hear, this group could do it really well. The band made our first dance as husband and wife a very memorable moment indeed. They got some business out of it, too: someone at the wedding hired the band right then and there to come to his boy’s engagement party and perform there sometime next month.
It really, truly was the most perfect wedding and the most perfect reception that I could have ever imagined. I’ve got lots of terrific photos that our photographer shot for us and a video of the ceremony and our first dance. I’m glad I thought to buy two wedding photo albums, because there was definitely plenty of pictures to store away. I also bought a table top album to have on display in our living room. It has two pretty hearts on a silver metal frame, and it looks fantasitc. Oh, and then I got a photo album for our honeymoon pictures as well, since I knew that Cancun would have plenty of opportunites for taking great photos. I spared no expense on making sure that I was prepared with enough memory books.
I’ll always remember that special day we spent with our friends and family around as we said our vows and became husband and wife. There are an abundance of mementos I have stashed away to remind me what a profound and wonderful day it was. There were a lot of good memories of the honeymoon, too.
